Traineeships for the Digital Services Unit

The European Public Prosecutor’s Office is seeking applications for the position of traineeship for the Digital Services unit.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Head of the Digital Services Unit, your duties will include:

• Identify time intensive manual business processes that could be potential use cases to benefit of automation – innovation – AI opportunities;
• Describe the use cases and the target improvement;
• In parallel perform a market research on existing COTS or EC reusable modules;
• Recommend some use cases that can be taken forward for a proof of concept (it can be chatbot, automated text extraction, augmented testing, data analytics, text summary, AI prompt etc.);
• Design the target system with an intuitive and user-friendly interface;
• Develop, test and validate the results with the business users;
• Plan, communicate, coordinate and execute tasks in collaboration with the sector and the business stakeholders.
